MediStack stores patient records and health information on behalf of doctors and shares this data only with the authorized doctor, based on mutual agreement. We are fully committed to protecting this data and will never sell, trade, or misuse any personalized patient or doctor information for monetary gain.
  2. Sharing Non-Personal Information: We may disclose non-personal information (including de-identified or aggregated data) at our discretion. Additionally, we may share non-personal information with trusted third-party vendors and business partners for purposes such as:
    • Research and data analytics
    • Enhanced user experience
    • Awareness or promotional campaigns
    • Notifications, surveys, customer support
    • Payment processing, fraud prevention, and marketing services
    Vendors act on our behalf and are only permitted to use the data to perform specific services. They are strictly prohibited from sharing or using the information for any other purpose.

Refund Policy

At MediStack, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide flexible options for our users. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for our subscription services.

  1. Subscription Fees: All subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually.
  2. Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must inform us at least 1 month in advance by emailing info@medistack.net. This helps us process your cancellation smoothly and calculate any eligible refunds.
  3. Refunds for Annual Subscriptions: If you purchase an annual subscription and choose to cancel:
    • The months already used will be charged in full, including the month during which you cancel (partial months are not refundable).
    • The remaining unused months will be refunded to you.
    • A processing fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days after confirming your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your subscription.
  5. Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions once a new billing cycle has started. You can cancel anytime to prevent charges for the next month.
  6. Exceptional Cases: MediStack may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion (e.g. technical failures preventing access to services, duplicate charges). To request a refund, email info@medistack.net with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  7. Changes to This Policy: MediStack reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms Conditions

Welcome to MediStack! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MediStack website, mobile app, and all related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  1. Use of Services: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your region, you may use our Services only with parental consent or supervision. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  2. Account Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  3. Subscription, Payment and Free Trials: Some Services require payment of subscription fees, billed monthly or annually in advance. MediStack may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. The length of the trial and specific terms will be provided at the time you sign up. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You authorize MediStack to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.
  4. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by notifying us at least 1 month in advance via info@medistack.net. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  5. Data Privacy: Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MediStack collects, uses, and shares your data as described in that policy.
  6. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
    • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
    • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without permission.
    • Submit false or misleading information.
  7. Intellectual Property: All content on the MediStack website and mobile app—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software—is the exclusive property of MediStack and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any MediStack content without our written consent.
  8. Warranties: MediStack provides the Services “as is” and does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content or data provided through the Services.
  9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to MediStack in the past 12 months.
  10. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services. MediStack may disclose your information as required by law or legal process, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  11. Termination: MediStack may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

  13. Governing Law: Terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the competent courts at Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in relation to the any policy will be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed by MediStack under the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 2001 and any applicable rules thereunder. The venue of Arbitration shall be at Dhaka.
