To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Some Services require payment of subscription fees, billed monthly or annually in advance. MediStack may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. The length of the trial and specific terms will be provided at the time you sign up. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You authorize MediStack to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription by notifying us at least 1 month in advance via info@medistack.net. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MediStack collects, uses, and shares your data as described in that policy.

MediStack provides the Services "as is" and does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content or data provided through the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to MediStack in the past 12 months.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services. MediStack may disclose your information as required by law or legal process, as described in our Privacy Policy.
MediStack may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the competent courts at Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in relation to the any policy will be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed by MediStack under the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 2001 and any applicable rules thereunder. The venue of Arbitration shall be at Dhaka.
