Refund Policy

At MediStack, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide flexible options for our users. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for our subscription services.

    Subscription Fees

    All subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually.

    Cancellation Notice

    If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must inform us at least 1 month in advance by emailing info@medistack.net. This helps us process your cancellation smoothly and calculate any eligible refunds.

    Refunds for Annual Subscriptions

    If you purchase an annual subscription and choose to cancel:

    • The months already used will be charged in full, including the month during which you cancel (partial months are not refundable).
    • The remaining unused months will be refunded to you.
    • A processing fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

    Refund Timeline

    Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days after confirming your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your subscription.

    Monthly Subscriptions

    Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions once a new billing cycle has started. You can cancel anytime to prevent charges for the next month.

    Exceptional Cases

    MediStack may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion (e.g. technical failures preventing access to services, duplicate charges). To request a refund, email info@medistack.net with your account details and reason for the refund request.
